While the jewelry can be bought fully made, they also offer product packages that include the jewelry casing for a pearl along with a sealed oyster.

If you become an affiliate member of Vantel Pearls, you are able to earn commission by selling the products to retail customers.
A ‘unilevel’ structure is used to determine the amount you earn and there are also bonuses available for hitting various sales targets.
1. Affiliate Member Ranks
When you become an affiliate member, there are different ranks you can achieve, each of which affects how much you are able to earn. They are:
– New Recruit – To become this entry-level rank you are required to organize three ‘host parties’ within the first 35 days of signing up
– Consultant – To become this rank you are required to sell at least $500 worth of product every two months. (Your own purchases do not count towards this total)
– Star Consultant – To become this rank you are required to have introduced two new members to the plan who have reached ‘Consultant’ rank or higher, sell at least $500 worth of product per month or be selling at least $2000 worth of product through your downline per month (all the affiliate members that you have introduced to the plan- this amount only includes sales to retail customers and does not include purchases made by these members themselves)
– Leader – To become this rank you are required to have introduced three new members to the plan who have reached ‘Consultant’ rank or higher, sell at least $1000 worth of product per month or be selling at least $4000 worth of product through your downline per month.
– Star Leader – To become this rank you are required to have introduced two new members to the plan who have reached ‘Consultant’ rank and one new member who has reached ‘Leader’ rank. You are also required to sell at least $1000 worth of product per month or be selling at least $8000 worth of product through your downline per month.
– Director – To become this rank you are required to have introduced two new members to the plan who have reached ‘Consultant’ rank and two new members who have reached ‘Leader’ rank. You are also required to sell at least $1000 worth of product per month or be selling at least $15,000 worth of product through your downline per month.
– Executive Director – To become this rank you are required to have introduced one new member to the plan who has reached ‘Consultant’ rank and four new members who have reached ‘Leader’ rank. You are also required to sell at least $1000 worth of product per month or be selling at least $25,000 worth of product through your downline per month.
– Star Executive Director – to become this rank you are required to have introduced six new members to the plan who have reached ‘Leader’ rank. You are also required to sell at least $1000 worth of product per month or be selling at least $35,000 worth of product through your downline per month.
2. Vantel Pearls Commision
To be eligible to receive commissions an affiliate member needs to be selling at least $500 of sales over every two-month period. Purchasing products yourself does not count towards this total.
3. Retail Commissions
– New Recruits – Earn 25% on sales to retail customers
– Consultant – Earn 25% on sales to retail customers, increases to 30% when sales reach $4000
– Star Consultant – Earn 29% on sales to retail customers, increases to 34% when sales reach $4000
– Leader – Earn 32% on sales to retail customers, increases to 37% when sales reach $4000
– Star Leader – Earn 33% on sales to retail customers, increases to 38% when sales reach $4000
– Director/Executive Director – Earn 34% on sales to retail customers, increases to 39% when sales reach $4000
– Star Executive Director – Earn 36% on sales to retail customers, increases to 41% when sales reach $4000
4. Residual Commission
By using a unilevel model structure, Vantel Pearls give affiliates the opportunity to earn commissions on sales made by their downline- these range from 2% for Consultants to 13% for Star Executive Directors.
5. Vantel Pearls Rank Bonus
Upon reaching a new rank, members receive a one-off bonus. These new ranks must be held for three months before the bonus is payable:
– Becoming a director earns a $500 bonus
– Becoming an Executive Director earns a $1000 bonus
– Becoming a Star Executive Director earns a $2000 bonus
6. Vantel Pearls Monthly sales Bonus
Members at particular ranks will receive a further bonus based on sales performance:
– An executive director selling $60,000 through their downline earns a $600 bonus
– A star executive director selling $80,000 through their donwline earns a $800 bonus

Conclusion
As far as multi level marketing propositions go, Vantel Pearls offers a sustainable business model as long as you are able to sell a decent amount of jewelry. Member affiliates receive a 40% discount on any purchase they make themselves, but these purchases do not count towards the overall reward scheme, which is great.
This means that all payments made to members come from sales made to retail customers and this is why this company is more sustainable when compared to others that pay members from further investments by new members (which is a pyramid scheme).
